Thoroughly enjoyed Lubbock, the hotel was incredibly beautiful in the middle of jackson. Our room was updated and exceptionally clean with climate control, television, and coffee/tea making equipment. It had marvellous location feet from Lubbock Civic Center.

All the staff members were great. the hotel was just next door to Lubbock. - I randomly popped into Rustlers Country Cafe serving some pastries; located at a short distance from the venue, it was nice.

Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a plus and saved money. The hotel's location was convenient for accessing various attractions in the area and made it easy to get around. the hotel's pool was enjoyable and provided a nice way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
The poor customer service was a letdown. Staff members were unprofessional and didn't address our concerns in a timely manner.

I appreciated this hotel, it was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were amiable and attentive and took care of me. The room was updated and that was excellent. The bathroom was spotlessly clean but it worked for my 3 day stay.

This hotel boasts a stunningly beautiful lobby and dining area and cozy rooms that ensure a comfortable stay. The staff is welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Despite a few housekeeping issues, the manager made sure to provide towels promptly and answered all queries with the utmost professionalism.
The breakfast here is not free and the hotel lacks refrigerators in the rooms, making it difficult to store drinks.

Everything was simply outstanding. Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was great near the restaurant and Lubbock and stadium. Thoroughly enjoyed food selection, meals were great and they have plenty of options.
